I’m an Online Operations and Project Manager. I help busy, and sometimes overwhelmed, small business owners, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations take control of their ever-growing task list through business strategy and implementing operations systems and other administrative, marketing and financial activities so they can get back to doing what they love – growing their business!
I founded BALM Virtual Services to help the small business owner succeed! I honestly believe we all need a helping hand every once in a while, to get us to the next level. I also believe that business owners are the heart and vision of their organization and that they should delegate or hire out the pieces they don’t love but need to get done to keep their business running smoothly.
In my 20 plus years of working in various levels and types of businesses, from local nonprofit organizations to national ones, from trade associations to corporate business, I’ve seen a lot, and learned a lot. From strategic business planning to implementing new operations systems, writing and teaching training materials covering business operations practices and policies, bookkeeping, website development, communications strategy and more, I’ve been fortunate to receive a breadth (and depth) of training in a lot of business operations areas.

The last few years, I’ve taken what I’ve learned and repurposed it into helping small businesses, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations grow their businesses.
